Help identifying Amperex tube

Is there anyone who might be able to help me identify an Amperex 12au7/ECC82 tube?  It's strange in that it has a getter I've not ever seen before (looks like a round, riveted sliver of aluminum).

That's often referred to as the UFO getter.  You'd need to provide the etched codes to know more specifics.

It's referred to as "dimple" or "dimpled" getter. Often made in Heerlen, Holland. You'll find these getters on ECC82, ECC83 and ECC88 type tubes.
