Posting a new thread, because a separate issue. Resistance passes checked. On to voltage check. Everything was good except for 7/8/9, which measured at 155v.

155v is too high for one, and I didn't get 0v out of 8. Which is again weird because there is no connection there. Could I have power running into the chassis itself?

Okay, I reflowed some joints and ALL CHECKS ARE PASSING CONSISTENTLY. WOO.

I also tested with some nicer probes. I was really trying to alligator it, but I think the clamps I got are pretty sub-par. I have some nice tips from the DMM, tried those and got better readings.

Going to move on to listening test...

Listening to Public Service Broadcasting - Go!

Seems appropriate.
