Capacitor lead too short

On page 42, it calls for a striped lead of a 220uF cap to be connected to 10U and 12L, but the lead is too short. Am I missing something? I had to stop because it literally isn't long enough.

It's likely that the original part wasn't available for this batch of Kaijus.  You can attach the cap to those terminals and run a short black wire between 10U and 12L as a substitute.  There's extra wire provided with the kit, so this shouldn't compromise your build.
