I just finish building my Crack and all the voltage test pass. Power it up and everything seem to works... untill i put my headphones on my head. No sound for my right ear.... I resolder the red RCA Jack made sure everything is welded and wired properly like 4 times. I did notice that the 12AU7 Tube did glow both half but one half was way dimmer thant the other side.

Here is the voltage test result
1 86.6
2 176.8
3 0.0
4 176.6
5 81.6
6 0.0
7 110.6
8 0.0
9 110.3
10 0.0

The 12AU7 should be just fine since your DC voltages are correct.  Could you show the terminal side of the volume pot?

There are some 1/4 to 1/8" adapters that don't quite work properly in the Crack's headphone jack.  If you're using one, I'd try a different set of headphones to be sure it isn't something simple like that.

The fun thing is that the headphone jack is a Neutrik jack, and I've seen a Neutrik 1/4" to 1/8" adapter not work when plugged into it, go figure!
