One channel gone after putting in new set of EF86

Hi All!

My Eros II phono works great since it got built this Summer. I am more than happy with the sound, thanks! However recently I swapped the stock EF86s with a new set of EF86s but one channel is gone.

The voltage check:
IA 218
IB 218
OA 215
OB 158
OC 48
OD 97
OkA 53
OkB 98
OkC 0
OkD 1.3

All LEDs are on.

I tried to fix by,

1) reflow C4S board,
2) reflow sockets for 6922 and EF86s.
3) Swap the left and the right EF86s.
3) Change back to my original set of EF86s,
4) Test on multiple 6922s.

but no change in voltage check.

Does that mean some transistors are fried? I am about to order a new set of transistors for C4S board, but would like to listen to your advices.

Measured without tubes, resistance between Pin2 and Pin3 is not stable, I slightly wiggled with my probe and sometimes it is shorted, mostly it jumps between a few hundreds to a few kilos.

Replaced those 0ohm resistors with solid wires, my eros is back to normal. Thanks again, Paul!
