I just started my first Crack kit.  I spray painted the bell with hammered spray paint.  When I went to move it to a new location for drying I noticed a little glob of pain attached to the underside that didn't want to come off easily so I left it.  From watching the videos, it appeared I do not paint the underside.  Correct?  Do I need to try and remove all of this glob of paint from underside or just let if fully dry and scrape off what I can and then don't worry about it?

Thanks.

I wouldn't worry too much about it.  You could probably scrape some of it off with a razor blade but mostly so that cover sits evenly on top of the transformer stack.
