I recently moved the amp from my office to my home. It was working perfectly, all voltages within spec.
Now, when turned one, both tubes glow, and I know the signal is good, but I'm getting I get zero output,, no hum, no crackle, nothing.

I cannot find any visible damage like any loose or broken connections, or shorted connections.  Power cord is good, no fraying or damage to the wires either.  I've checked all wires and they appear still be soldered intact.

Voltages readings are nearly all zero, except for 2:

1 through 13:  All zero.

14 - 0
15 232v DC
20 0
21 232v DC

This is with the black meter probe clipped to Pin 16 on the crack.

13 and 15 connect with a 270 ohm 5W resistor.  Yours is very likely not well connected.

Did you reflow your solder joints?
