Hi,

My resistance checks were all successful

All 12 LEDs are lighting up

I have the following:

IA 220V  OK
IB 220V  OK
OA 150V
OB 150V
OC 150V
OD 150V
OkA 150V
OkB 150V
OkC 10V
OkD 10V

So something is off. Will post pictures tonight, I have to leave for work now. If anyone already has an idea what could be wrong. I spent a lot of time double checking but you know how it goes.. it's always something one overlooked.
Thanks

Hi, I ended up fixing this by checking all connections.

Ultimately, B-A/B/C/D point was not connecting very well. All voltages are good now.

I'm now installing the Sowter 1990's and it would be very helpful to know the expected voltage/resistance checks after those. Thanks!

Voltages will not change when you add stepup up transformers.
