Not as bad as the amp kits with transformers on both sides of the top plate but lots of fiddly screws.  Between the ARMD and who knows what other oncoming disabilities related to advanced age, the hardware part can be a pain.

Should be easy from here on out as I'm pretty good with circuit board builds and soldering, having spent the 70's chained to a work bench repairing electronic office equipment and computers. Should be done this week unless I screw something up.

Going with a stock build with stock tubes for at least a month or two.  Maybe add step-ups and fancy caps later.

And maybe fancy tunes.

The hardware does indeed take a long time and it's very fiddly.  I've actually fixed a few Eros kits where they were noisy as hell because the hardware wasn't installed properly, so it's definitely an important step!
