Got a couple of V-Cap Odams to go into my Mainline.

I've read here were these caps have a long break in period,  so I'm thinking of setting setting my computer to play constant music for a few days, but without any phones plugged into to the amp.

Any concerns with doing this?

Thanks

Don

It won't hurt anything.

But, while I hear capacitor break-in, I've never heard a rational mechanism to cause it. So it's possible that you need some signal current to flow through the capacitor to get the break-in effect. That would require some kind of load.

As your headphones are new, you could just plug in an run low volume output... 2 burn in for 1.  :)
