yes , it is phenomenal, here in the U.S. , guys at Cornell are working, in conjunction with NASA, are doing the same thing with these NanoMagnets for space station and propulsion purposes... the goal is to build a massive spaceship/station that is built with modules that can come together to form a spaceship capable of travelling further than before, and then once stopped, the modules will move and configure themselves into a space station structure.. Alot of this is based on the NanoMagnet hypercooling research...... In my mind , I am just picturing The Starship Winnebago with super high tech "Slideouts"....... but hey, that's just me....
