So I want to have 2 pairs of outputs.  From the posts I've read I know to bridge them with a 1K resistor on the center terminals.  What about the grounds?  The primary output ground tab has the resistor going to ground.  Do I just put a jumper between both ground tabs?

Jumper all grounds together.  You want them all at the same voltage, zero.
