New to the Bottlehead lifestyle. Just purchased a Seduction Phono Pre-Amp and would like to know if anyone has used a Dynavector 10X5 cartridge with it? If so any probs dislikes?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The seduction product page says it will work with cartridges with an output of 2.5mV or higher. The 10x5 is a high output MC with an output of 2.5mV so it should work.

I have the same cartridge but and using it with the Eros, and am very happy with it

For what it's worth, many years ago, I also owned this cartridge. Maybe it was just the synergy with my system, but I have NEVER heard better yet. It is a clear sound that I look for in cartridges. So many times, they sound a little fat to me.

FWIW I use a 2.8V dynavector cartridge with my Seduction and it does have plenty of gain for my FPIII/Paramount system.
