I had cause to take out and reinstall the speedball.  Now I am having issues with my voltage check.  The LED from A center to A8 doesn't light up, although I did a diode test and the LED still works.  The voltage readings were as follows.  Abnormal readings are in BOLD

I am guessing there must be a short around A6 or A9, but it is hard for me to see into that mess of wire.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Resolder the center lead of the MJE350 on each of the small green PC boards.

2 and 4 are wired together, so they shouldn't show such a large difference.
