Extended Foreplay 3 kit

Is it still possible to get an extended foreplay 3 kit?  I have a Foreplay 3 that I'd like to upgrade if it's still possible.

Or barring that maybe somebody bought one and never installed it and would be willing to part with it?

Thanks, let me go find my glasses, a bright light and my credit card.  Hopefully I can still see well enough to solder.  Ha ha. 

Here in Japan they sell 1.5x magnifying reading glasses for 100 yen (about a dollar)  I think I need to go get the 3.5x for this.
