I'd like to cut out some sign vinyl instead of painting to match the laser cut holes and slots in the aluminum panel to customize it up all pretty.

I'm guessing there has to be some kind of vector drawing of the chassis plate.

Is it possible to obtain that?

Thanks,

John

Hello John,

I think you'll get exceptional results by wrapping the chassis plate with vinyl, but then cutting out the holes with an exacto.

While we do offer such an overlay with the Tode, it takes a steady hand and some patience to get everything lined up properly, and we had to allow a fair amount of hole tolerance.

With sign vinyl you could make a perfect cut of the holes and slots and apply it with soapy water until it was lined up properly.  Same way they do on car wraps.

I'll try to make my own template but I suspect it will take forever and a lot of vinyl.  I just figured you guys might have a vector drawing available for the laser cutter already.

Thanks,

John
