I know there was a post about this but I can not find it. Ever since my crack has been assembled, there has been a poping or cracking sound at times. Tonight it totally made a blow sound and no left channel. I pulled the jack up to the 2nd position amd both channels again. Whats up?

One more thing to add. Only 1 led is lit on the 12auf socket. I BELIEVE that is where the problem is

The pulling the jack up thing - you are just putting the working channel through both sides of the headphone when you do that.

You may have a loose conection somewhere. Check carefully for a missed solder joint, If you don't find anything obvious then reheat and reflow the solder joints on the 12AU7 socket, then take your voltage measurements again and report any that are off more than 15% from the voltages listed in the manual.

Terminal a2 is loose enough to slide up and down. That has left channel running through it. Could that be a problem?

Fixed! Re wetted all the joints, and tried to stiffen terminal a3
