I ripped apart my ST35 inspired amp and started over with a new box and layout.

Here's what it used to look like.

Here's what it looks like now.

Good job Rob. What's it sound like? I am in the prelimary stage of doing a version of the ST35 also. Iplan on using a 6SL7 to 6SN7 front end4,, and a 6V6 output tube stage. Mine will also be monoblocks.

Bernie.

It sounds pretty good although I'm a bit biased. :)

See, Rob is good example of how things should be! There... on the dining room table sits the amp! You finish your meal... Loosen your belt a notch,  the women and children pick up the dishes, and you get right to work! Now THATS a man of the house!

Here's the guts.  It's still a work in progress.  Not sure I want to keep the power cord but I have had problems with cutting square holes.
