I was looking to see how the website move has affected our search engine placement and I came across this 11 year old thread. The jist of it is that a manufacturer had come up with a new $1000 solid state preamp and the at-that-time $150 Foreplay 2 was chosen by some participants on the manufacturer's forum as the tube preamp it needed to best. I admit it made me smile a little.
