Most recent update.  I got the package and replaced the transistors.  Well . . . 

I had the MJE350s backward.  Completely my fault.  But... When I plugged it in the HLMP 6000 that I replaced (my stock, not a Bottlehead replacement part) was burned out.  I surmised that they don't have a high enough current or forward voltage rating.  So I ordered from Digi-Key.

Those came today, I have a lifetime supply.

A couple of solder joints and everything is within the +/- 15% except terminal 2 (187.2V).  With tube variances that should be close enough.

I'm plugging in headsets and going to pack this one off to the owner.  I feel guilty about how long this took me.
