Hello good folks,

I wanted to start my Speedball upgrade next weekend and I am missing the two 31.6 Ohm resistors (Don't ask. Either I have gnomes in my apartment stealing stuff or just bad luck)
So in order to not bother the good people at Bottlehead again I thought I would just buy them myself. Well, it is easier than getting some shoulder washers, but I am having a bit trouble about the 1/8 Watt part.
I am able to find 31R6 metal film resistors, but only in either 0.6 or 0.250 Watt. So the question I have is: How important is the 1/8 Watt part and can I just order two of the mentioned values?

Thank you in advance for your help.

1/8 Watt or larger is fine.  It is just that higher wattages get large.  It will still work anyway.

Depending on their function in the circuit (i have no idea) it may be desirable to fit higher tolerance items, i.e. pick the ones with the lowest % and PPM rating regardless of their wattage as long as its over 1/8th.

Wattage is immaterial in that application. The proper ohm value is critical, and you might also consider the size, i.e. will it fit easily onto the space alloted on the board. The 1/4 watt one should be fine.

Thank you all for the replies. Then I know what I will do next weekend. :)
