I have a pair of Quad ESL 63 electrostatics that I love, or used to before the top panel in one of them broke down.  Can anyone in this knowledgeable group tell me where I could find a replacement panel?  I have an experienced repairer waiting, but he's had no luck in getting that panel, and told me to try myself to locate one.

Many thanks in advance for any help/advice anyone can offer.

There are a few experts who deal with Quad electrostatics, and normally they would repair your panel, or supply a refurbished one on an exchange basis.
I have dealt with One Thing Audio in the UK & they are excellent, but there are others in Germany & Holland. Probably USA as well.
Google will help you find them, depends where you are located.

Just stay a way from Quads Unlimited unless you want to wait years for your product as I still am.

Tom, here is a place I've found in the States. However, I don't know anything about them.

Thanks for the three replies.  I think I have it solved: a guy in Florida who rebuilds them.  Not cheap, but I understand that it's a lot of work.  It will be weeks before I know how it went.
