OT - quake from long distance

Wow, a 6.7 quake off the coast of Vancouver Island just set the pots on our pot rack swinging. Wouldn't have known otherwise. Those pots make a good detector.

I remember being woken by several tremors when living in New Zealand all in the early hours of the morning they ranged from, did I just imagine it to holy c##p hold on.

I have some every fond memories of the five years spent in NZ the best memory by far was birth of my beautiful daughter in Whangarei.

Happy memories indeed.

we don't have many quakes in jersey, but there was one about 2 years ago.  I was laying in bed and told the wife to stop shaking it lol  8)
