I am building my Reduction as we speak. Everything went pretty smooth ... until the last moment.
I was soldering the stack of dayton capacitors near the A tube, which was a bit of a difficult angle.
When the soldering was done, I looked at the stacked capacitors near the B tube and ... I hit the stack with my soldering iron
.
One side was already done, the other lead was stil free.
I did measure it (put my multimeter on ohms and after that to volts dc and then you need to see the voltage gradually discharging).
I know the capacitor is gone
.
But I can't find the same capacitor (Dayton 0.01 400v) in the Netherlands (Europe)
