I finished my SmashUp last night and have been burning it in.  It didn't take long to notice there was something very different going on.  Before I knew it I was bouncing in my seat or bobbing my head.  The music seemed more infectious.  I thought  I detected a collapsing of the soundstage but it turned out to be recording dependent.

It's hard to say if I detect more detail or anything else dramatic.  But timing seems improved considerably.  Great job guys!

Yup, one of the things a directly heated tube seems to improve is the leading edge of transients.
