Hi, I somehow shorted the leads together on the silver transistor. The number is 2n2222a with the number 810 in larger black letters. I went to Mouser to order and didn`t see that number designation. Only see 610 and 494. Are these OK to substitute? Tom

Those are the manufacturer codes Mouser uses to differentiate part numbers, 610 being Central Semiconductor.  There isn't many options these days for 2222's but those should work fine.
