Any Emission Labs 2a3 users here. Pricey to say the least which is why I'm so curious.

I use this tube and like it a lot. I haven't done any tube comparisons so I can't say how it compares with JJ's or the TJ music version. I like it much better then the sovtek it replaced. Made the sovtek seem like a toy tube in comparison. This is a big tube about 6 inches tall and can handle a bias wattage of 28 watts continuous. The seller www.usatubes.com has the data on the tube and claims that at a 28 watt bias it puts out 9 watts. The Stereomour which I have is biased at 15 watts and at 15 watts it puts out the standard 3.5 watts. I think its similar to JJ's in that it can be biased up to 28 watts for more than double the power of the standard 2a3.

Thank's for the reply. I'm using the JJ's and you know how rolling goes. I can't make up my mind whether to build a pair of 2a3 Paramounts of splurge on some tube's.
