A channel imbalance based on very low listening levels is something else. My mistake.
The right channel is working, though at a lower level than the left. All instruments that should be centered are left/center. Vocals, for example.

New resistance readings found A6@ 8.20k ohms.
Other readings were within tolerance.

Do I need to replace the 1.27k ohm resistor?

Appreciate your time,
Darren

Your 1.27K resistor is where your 8.2K resistor should be.

Those little blue resistors are pretty easy to mix up.  If the 8.2K doesn't reach, you can e-mail replacement parts about getting a replacement.

Thank you for your help!

Issue resolved, so I went ahead and installed the C4S upgrade.
