During the resistance check my volt-ohm meter shows nothing on terminals 7, 9, B3 and B6. Others are OK. What should I do?

Measure resistance between your ground point and terminal 3.  Do you get 0 Ohms? (If not, a common problem is a poor solder joint between the black wires on the headphone jack)

Now double check that the 3K wirewound cement resistors are in place and wired to terminals 7 and 9, then jumpered to B3 and B6.  If all is in place, and you have verified 0 Ohms between your ground reference and terminal 3, you can move on to voltage checks.

Thanks! You were right, terminal 3 showed the problem. I resoldered black wires and now all terminals show good resistance values.
But unfortunately my problems are not over. I started new topic for further problems: http://bottlehead.com/smf/index.php?topic=8419.0
