"Obviously they don't frolic in a field enough."     Well sure, this is basically the "Sound of  Music" for Dentistry...   "The fields are alive, with the sound of pain free dentistry".....    :)

Chris, I did think of The Sound Of Music when I first saw the picture.  Gee, I hope they don't have to pay royalties for using the pose (tongue in cheek).

Don Draper, where are you when we need you most?

I have to admit, the frolicking (why does spell check want to put a k in that?) woman and ad copy don't go together and the whole thing is like one of those "Awkward Family Photos" to me.

However, reading the ad copy, upon reaching "get back to enjoying dentistry," I couldn't help but be reminded of Orin Scrivello, DDS - the sadistic dentist in "Little Shop of Horrors"

"I am your dentist! And I enjoy the career that I picked. I'm your dentist! And I get off on the pain I inflict!"

When I think of dentistry, that scene from Marathon Man pops into my head. Szell (Laurence Olivier) looks into Babe's mouth (Dustin Hoffman) and asks "Is it safe?"

What we need here is someone with fotoshop skills. Doc B frolics in the tall grass and the blurb reads...

Doc B
offers his kits to eliminate
the daily ear aches and pains
and let you get back to
enjoying audio.

Maybe i have been watching too many TV shows centered around zombie apocalypses and demon possessions as i find that photo is a little disturbing. Picture that chasing after you chomping its dentures trying to eat you, that’s the stuff that nightmares are made out of...

Haha, last night I was going to write the exact same thing, but I decided not to, I joke with Doc, PJ, PB and the guys enough already..  I was thinking an effective ad would be Doc in the same pose as the lady, but on the beach sporting some appropriate attire....
With the slogan....
"Tips to remove the aches and pains, so you can return to your DIY S.E.X"......
