Would something like that be easier SPECIFICALLY for people who need build/problem help?   Grainger and company's nature is to want to help also, but if we get in the way of your obvious need to support your customers from the "horses mouth/headquarters" so to speak, in order to maintain the accuracy you have designed.. May have a separate section for those in need to go there, and easier for you to monitor?   Just askin'.... Not buttin' in... I have as of yet, built a kit, though rest assured, I will when the time comes.. And I would find this specific section helpful as well...   Then G and the rest of us can just chat about BH gear on the other part of the forum...

This is a technical support forum. The mechanism to help our customers is already in place. It's not about categories or not letting people chat about gear. It's about posters here showing a little respect for the OPs who are in need of assistance by not posting things that are confusing to them. We try to show the utmost respect for our customers and we would hope that they would respect our need for a little room to work now and then.
