One (hopefully final issue)....
Crack + Speedball installed.  All measurements checked out.  Everything sounds fantastic, when suddenly, the unit will shut off.  I can wait a while (which tells me something is cooling off) and it starts again.  Any ideas on where I should start troubleshooting?

I did not see a solution for this in another thread.  This never happened before adding the Speedball (would listed for 2-4 hours at a time, on occasion).

Thanks in advance for the advice.

We will need more info. Can you identify how much of the circuit shuts off? Do all of the LEDs turn off? Do the tubes stop glowing? Can you measure voltages when it is in the shut off state and post them here?

My hunch is you have bad connection that is going open as the amp heats up.

thanks Doc B - I realized my switch has gone bad - is was not passing current after it got hot...thus the dark tubes and lights.  Luckily, I ordered two extra switches after I messed up the one that originally came with my crack.  installed, voltages checked ok, and has been running for 5 hours now.
