If anyone wants a beer that smells exactly like a dirty hamster cage, that is what the brewery next door is cooking up at the moment.

Yum... I wonder what would pair good with "dirty hamster cage". Maybe pickled herring or Haggis.

That's one of the reasons why I don't home brew anymore. My wife wont tolerate that smell in the house. Wort boiling can be a pretty smelly affair.
