My power line voltage read 122.5V.  My power transformer secondary tests were all well within 10% except the voltage across 19-20 was 170.4V, barely outside the 5% tolerance around the 161V ideal.  Is this close enough for jazz?
Thanks, Jay

Yup, that's OK.

I'm having almost the same issue. Voltage from the mains is just a scant shy of 125. All the smaller voltages are very close, well within the 10% tolerance.

But for the 19-20, it was 171 -- just outside the +/-5%. I assume it's okay?  Curious why the tolerance is 5% here? I'm assuming it's a variation in the transformer, that it's a little high here?

As stated above yes, it's OK.  When we wrote the manual I just swept the variac across the range of voltages indicated to determine what the transformer secondary windings would show.  Being off by 6% instead of 5% isn't cause for alarm.
