Hi to all in the know,
having problems with the B channel.

12) -5V
13) 0V
14) 0V
15) 190V
16) 0.875V

29 -5.9mV
30) -5,9V
31) 1,88V
32) 0V
39) 0V

43) 222V decreasing when warming up!

Are you sure that isn't a millivolt reading?  That terminal is grounded through the 475K resistor between 12 and 13.  Is it there and well connected?

16) 0.875V
This tells me that your 300B isn't getting heated.
19) 225V
This makes me think that the 300B isn't properly inserted in the sockets.  There are two fatter pins, and they need to go in the fatter socket holes.  I think you're 90 degrees off.

Check the tube orientation, all of this may clear up if that's the issue.
