I just ordered my Stereomour II during this weeks sale. Whoo hoo. Been waiting for this one. Have any of you recommendations for upgrading the volume and balance pots and selector switch for installation after the initial build is finished and working properly? I searched the forum but was unable to find the info I was looking for. I have already used an Alps pot in my Crack and noticed an improvement over the supplied one so I'm guessing there would also be an improvement in the 'Mour.

Thanks in advance.

Here is the recommend attenuator upgrade for the Stereomour:

I would not recommend changing the selector switch.  I've run into the same part in some expensive tube preamps that I've worked on.  (The PC board mountable variant at least)
