Left Channel is slightly louder than the Right [resolved]

If you pull the tubes out, what voltages do you get at 38, 42, 33, and 37?  What is your incoming AC line voltage?

With Both Tubes removed:

38 - 10.3
42- 10.3

33 - 5.9
37 - 5.9

120 Volts into my house if that what you are referring to ( or are you taking about the Reduction AC line Voltage?)

I would double check that you get 5.6V with the tubes plugged in.  This voltage shouldn't change much, and it certainly shouldn't drop that low.  It could happen if a 22 ohm resistor or one of the 1N5818 diodes isn't well installed.

My thinking with this is that at 5.6V, the functionality of the 6922 in the circuit will start to become more dependent on the tube itself, as you aren't heating the tube all the way.  Of course if you end up measuring 5.9V there, all is well and I wouldn't worry about that.

I Just tested the voltage on 33 and 37 again with Both Tubes installed.

I got 5.7 on both terminals. on Terminal 33 if I touched the middle of the terminal I get  00, but if I moved towards the top and bottom of the terminal I got 5.7. I checked again as the tube heated up a bit, and it was more 5.8 and 5.7 fluctuating

I would go ahead and do the low level AC signal measurements mentioned earlier in this thread.

I am playing an albums right now to test. It is NOT distorted, it sounds great . I am thinking maybe when I re flowed I knocked the 22 ohm resistor out of wack. I noticed  terminal 38 was not touching the terminal tightly, so I fixed it. The Balance seems proper now as well. So I think I am all good. If you don't hear from me it is a good thing.

I really, really appreciate all your help with this , I would have been lost without your service. I am thinking about upgrading and getting the C4S kit to go along with my reduction. If things go bad with that you may see another post from me.

I'm glad you got it sorted.  A lot of issues like this boil down to either flaky solder joints or weird hardware issues (sometimes both).
