After much some trouble I finally got my voltage readings correct, and my LED's are lit. However, I am getting no audio at all. I double checked my work and didn't find any issues. Any ideas?

Could you list your voltages?  Posting some build photos could also be helpful.

On the headphone jack where the black wires meet, I would bend that wire that's poking through over and crimp it onto the terminal.

Can you post a picture of your meter?  We can shoot some signal into the amp and take AC voltage measurements, but some meters won't resolve AC voltages all that well.
