Just realized I didn't post a pic of the recently created SR-45 amp by PB. 
I have some hours on it and so far it sounds great.  Haven't hooked it up to some horns yet but that's coming up soon.

It's a SR-45 with TL404 outputs and some custom items Paul was kind enough to incorporate for me.

That little amp came out so beautifully.  Doc B. even chipped in and made the graphic overlay on the front.

Well, PB laid out the graphic for the panel. I just drove the laser cutter.

That is a beautiful front plate and amp!
What are the plate chokes?
