Listening to my system yesterday, the sound went to a buzz(maybe 120hz) no other sound. Traced it to the BH-DAC, unplugged and reset it, and the buzz went away. No problems since.
Have had several power outages recently.
Should I be worried?
Love my BH-DAC...don’t want to lose it.

I wouldn't be too concerned, a hard reset every now and then isn't particularly abnormal.

Thanks, Paul
I have had a few times I didn’t get any sound and had to unplug and reset. It was the buzz that had me worried.

If it's a real gnarly buzz that's usually just the DAC setting the wrong sample rate for some reason. A reset should fix it.

Now I have no sound, just 8s across the front.

Did you end up with a DAC and no Bottlebatt?  If so send me an e-mail at pb(at)bottlehead(dot)com and we can get you sorted.
