You could swap the C4S boards from side to side to confirm where the problem is with absolute certainty.

Alright, so it's definitely the C4S board. Is there anything else on the board that could be causing the problem or are the transistors the most likely culprit?

Generally you would expect to find a shorted transistor, like an MPS4250 with two legs that read as being almost 0 ohms on your meter, or that beep if your meter has a continuity beep.

It was a blown MJE350. Sourced one from an old Seduction. Everything works as it should now. Thanks again for all your help.
