We seem to get a trickle of folks contacting us who have either picked up a used Bottlehead kit and found it to be having issues, or tell us that they bought a kit X many months or years ago, got stuck, and never got it to work right. It's a very, very small percentage of the kits we've sold over the years, and often the problem is related to some sort of non-stock modification.

How about if we do an occasional "Debug" day? We could have a Saturday session at Bottleheadquarters where you can bring in your sick Bottlehead gear and we can help you to sort it out. All you would have to pay for is parts.

Not sure if the percentage of sick kits within a reasonable distance of us is high enough to warrant, so I ask - any interest?

I don't know if this is out of the scope of what you were thinking, but I think you'd have a lot of people attending your debug sessions if you included help for things like installing the Paramount soft start upgrade on older amps [like my Paraglows :-)], changing selector switches and attenuators and other such upgrades.

hope it happens in good weather

I would be interested. I have a wounded beta version of the Paramount that is not working right now.

.  .  .    what about dialing in hum pots on a scope?

I hadn't thought of that.  I'll try it when I put the hum pots on my Paramours through the top plate.
