Hi,

When measuring the DC voltage between:

1. 53U and 1U ==> I get 73 volts
2. 65U and 1U ==> I get about 0 volts

Looks like a broken circuit or missing connections; but not obvious just looking at it. Any hint on which connections I should be checking?

I'll post a picture shortly.

There's not enough in your pictures to see much.

Four of the power supply caps are supposed to lay down against the chassis, and doing that will provide better visibility to what's going on in your amp.  I would do that and post some additional pictures.
