I am getting crackle and distortion that is intermittent in 1 channel. It doesn't flip if I flip the stock tubes but does flip if I swap outputs (red and black). Only 1 set of outputs are usable because some of my rca jacks i think melted a bit inside so the phono plug won't go in.. so I can't test the other output.

Should I reflow all the solder joints on my outputs ? I did use lead free solder which I know in hindsight was not smart and I won't do that again.

Lead free solder is extremely difficult to work with.  I would get some proper 60/40 leaded solder and touch up any joints that aren't shiny.
