Hi all, I had installed both 2A3 tubes and was installing the 2nd 12AT7 9pin tube prior to the power check when it was about half way in CLUNCK and sounded like some porcelain broke....argghhh. Now the tube won't seat and bounces out. It appears as though Ive damaged the tube socket. When I look underneath as I push in the tube most of the leads underneath move. Is this repairable? Or do I need to order another tube socket. Frustrating but am excited to get this completed. Thanks, Jack
.

Yes, I would contact replacementparts(at)bottlehead(dot)com about getting a new socket.
