Hi,

I swapped out my Jantzen Audio Z-Cap (800vdc, 15uf) with Mundorf MCap Supreme Evo Silver Gold Oil (800vdc, 10uf).

As the wire does not align correctly, i had to bridge the connection with a Separate Wire.

After power on, all 3 Tube lights up but no sound from the headphone. I think i waited around 30 seconds and turn off.

I attached a picture of my bridge connection - which i think is likely the issue.

One more data point - i used an ohm meter to check the connections; and all 2 sides of both capacitors seems to be well connected. Measures a fluctuating 2 ohms with other wire that is supposed to be connected to it.

Do i need to adjust anything with the capacitor change (e.g. 15uf to 10uf)?

Can you put the old caps back and recheck?

That is a good idea. I will do that. Thanks.

Separately - is it possible for me to use a multi meter to check if my capacitor is working?

Resolved. Turn out to be much simpler problem. Need to plug in the correct source cable.
