This is the 150uf electrolytic that is in parallel with a 619 ohm ?
Can this capacitor value be upped? I have been looking, but can't find a Nichicon fine gold in 150uf's. Can it be replaces with a 220uf cap?

Is the resistor in parallel with it. It's 619 ohms. Is it a metal film or a carbon film ?

     Thank you all.

Yes a larger capacitance is no problem.

Metal film.  It is mostly out of the signal path since the capacitor is across it.

I've replaced the cathode resistor bypass caps with Jupiter's wet electrolytics 250uf with good results.
