This is my 1st try at a kit, so tell me if this is not the best way to ask a question.

I got to page 19, first paragraph, installing an 8-lug terminal between the power transformer and the center of the chassis. When I install it as shown, the back of the 8-lug terminal contacts the nuts of the power transformer mounting screws behind it.

You can gently bend the 8 lug terminal strip away from the nuts securing the power transformer and they will no longer touch.

FWIW, to make doubly sure you can also cut a small section of appropriately sized heatshrink, pop it over the transformer nut (once it's appropriately tightened) and shrink it down to insulate it from any accidental contact. I did this in my build (see attached). Getting some physical distance by bending the strip away is always best, of course, but the heatshrink is good for peace of mind if the clearance concerns you.
