Nice, I used similar signal wire and love it. I SOOO WISH I thought to reverse the IEC Plug so that a decent power cable could fit. Great foresight!
Also, congrats on getting the photos up!!! looks great...

Thanks :) Yes. there is not much room for other than stock powercords, if you dont reverse it.  But it is a quick fix if you deside to change it :)

Here are the new potmeter and some new wire. Where else can i change the cable where there isnt high voltage? the cabel is 0,5mm
