Any updates on the chokes?
I just ordered the Stereomour last week. I'm already thinking of upgrading some parts. I have a Mundorf silver/oil for the coupling caps and a DACT attenuator.
I plan to install the chokes in the front where the volume control sits. Will the long leads matter?
Thank you.

Would the Hammond 155H work as a replace ment for the resistors, it has a resistance of 270ohms
edit:wont work due to its 50ma not 60ma D'oh

I plan on bypassing the 100uf psu capacitor I have chokes installed could I just put one of the leads of the bypass cap cap in the vacated resistor hole and the other lead in the extra hv+ pad?
part of me thinks that would work, would it?
thanks

A power supply bypass cap goes from positive potential to ground.

The vacated resistor holes and the HV+ are both at high potential.

You could lift up the PCB and install the bypass cap across the leads of the 100uF caps on the bottom side of the PCB (provided these 0.1uF caps aren't super large).

Why didn't I notice that... Sometimes the simplest answer is the best. Thanks!
